can i run 13.1 in 1:35:00?

wondering if 1:35:00 is too high a goal for the labor day half i was looking at this mcmillan calculator and based on my 10k time from last year (if i am in the same shape now) an equivalent half would be 1:34:14 (7:12 pace). i went out for a tempo run this evening with this in mind. my thoughts? well it was at the end of the day after 9 hours at work (not sitting at a desk but helping patients all day in a clinic) i ran a 1.3 mile warmup, then a flat 3 miles at 7:12 and then a relative cooldown for 3.6 miles at 8:15 including a big hill and the half race is flat. i also tried to pause the watch at stoplights to get a better idea of what i am capable of. so i guess in the end there are too many variables…but race day will be in the am, i will have been fed properly and it’s after a hopefully restful night’s sleep so i gotta give myself a break but 13.1 miles at 7:12 sounds tough. it will be the limit of my ability for sure.
